No. Type a brief, drop a sketch or upload a PDF — the plan is drafted for you. If you do know CAD, every generated element is editable on the canvas and exports back to DWG, DXF and IFC.
Quantities are measured off the geometry you see: wall areas, floor areas, door and window counts, wet-area sets. Rates come from a city index you can override line by line, so the estimate ends up as defensible as your own.
Yes. Override any unit rate and the change is remembered per project. Export to CSV or XLSX and paste straight into your tender workbook.
A full project generation costs 180 credits, a BOQ re-price 60, a concept render 40 and a 1080p walkthrough 260. Studio plans make concept renders free.
You do. Plans, models, renders and BOQs are yours commercially, with no MasterBuildAEC watermark on paid plans.
Studio plans include shared workspaces and team seats, with every generation logged so you can audit what was run, when, and at what cost.
