Quantities are measured off the geometry you see: wall areas, floor areas, door and window counts, wet-area sets. Rates come from a city index you can override line by line, so the estimate ends up as defensible as your own.

A full project generation costs 180 credits, a BOQ re-price 60, a concept render 40 and a 1080p walkthrough 260. Studio plans make concept renders free.
